Do you give free estimates?

Yes.Generally, we can give you a good idea over the telephone of how long a job is likely to take. When we arrive we will confirm or revise the estimate depending on what we find. If it is going to cost more than expected you may decide not to go ahead, we won't charge you anything. If you are happy we will generally do the job straight away!

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry £2,000,000 (2 Million) liabilty insurance

How much are your charges?

The first 1/2 hour is £20.00 each subsequent 1/2 hour is charged at £15.00

I don't live in Bristol, will you still come to me?

Generally we work in a 20 mile radius of the the city centre. We can go further afield but we may ask you to wait until we get several jobs in your area.

Do I have to provide my own materials?

Yes. If you are not able to, we will get the materials for you. There is an extra charge for the time this may take us to source and fetch what is needed.

Do you do 24 hour callout?

No. Our hours are 8am- 5pm. However if you have an urgent problem we will endevour to get to you during the next working day.

Do your handymen come with all the right tools?

Yes! We carry a wide range of tools to tackle a huge number of different jobs. Very occassionally a job requires a specialist tool. We have arrangments to hire these tools. If this is necessary we will discuss the costs with you when arranging an estimate and you can decide whether you want to go ahead or not. We also carry a wide range of screws, nails, wall plugs, plumbing connections, fuses for all those little jobs.

I don't know if the job I want you to do is too big?

Give us a call and we will be able to tell you there and then if we are able to help.

How quickly can you come out?

Depends on how busy we are, if it an urgent job we will endeavour to come out on the next working day. Generally speaking we aim to come out to you with in two working days.

How can I pay?

Currently we only accept Cash or Cheque.
